Why I Do What I Do?

Unlocking Human Potential: Journeying Towards Connection and Transformation with Beth Hayward.

My life’s work is to nurture meaningful connections for transformation. It is my deep conviction, born from a life in the spiritual trenches, that at the heart of all our seeking is a deep longing for connection. When we feel connected to ourselves and one another, new capacities open up within and new possibilities open up before us. We all want two things “to be seen and to love” or to be seen so that we can love.

We all want two things “to be seen and to love” or to be seen so that we can love.

My life’s work is to journey alongside people that they might actualize hopes and dreams bigger than themselves. The more I walk with people along their paths of spiritual transformation, the more I see that the world can be changed for the better, one soul at a time, or you might say one intentional moment at a time.

Diverse Paths, One Purpose: My Commitment to Fostering Authentic Connection

I express my commitment to building capacity to be seen and loved in many ways: speaker, workshop leader, writer, ceremonies officiant, podcaster, preacher, end of life spiritual director, …) It’s a bit of a disparate offering but at the heart of it all is my skill of supporting people in getting real to face this moment. I work with groups and individuals to build capacity to replace fear with hope, overwhelm with grounding, apathy with love.

Embracing the Flow of Life

I am a student of Process Thought, which means that I believe that every single moment is a new moment luring us to the next best step. Nothing is finished, the world is comprised of events, not things. Everything is relational and every encounter provides a moment where our interconnected lives give rise to a new possibility for life and love.
